"My daughter started taking piano lessons at Natalia Huang Piano Studio when she was 5 1/2 years old, in January of 2019. In the two and a half years of lessons, she has come so far and improved so much! She went from literally not being able to read or play any notes to playing whole songs before an audience (quite beautifully, i might add). I cannot sing enough praises for Natalia and her staff. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I want to give a special shout to her teacher, Kai Ono. He's a brilliant pianist and vocalist and an awesome teacher. He's patient, meticulous, and always willing to entertain my daughter's questions/chatter without losing sight of the lesson. He works well with young students. "Hi, my name is Nicole. My daughter’s name is Mariah. Mariah took piano for about three years from Natalia Huang Piano Studio. I loved how prompt the studio was in making sure that they responded to emails, and phone calls within a timely manner. I also liked that they offered the option of paying tuition in installments. Natalia, and Jennifer were very good about helping Mariah get the class time, that was best for us, every semester. They also offered online lessons well before the pandemic. If your were sick, or couldn’t make it into class you could do your classes via FaceTime. The pandemic did not slow the studio down one bit. They continued offering lessons via FaceTime, Skype, or zoom. Piano recitals were done via zoom during the Pandemic. The students were always celebrated, and family got to join in on the zooms to watch. Ms. Yuliana, Mariah’s teacher was the best! She clicked with Mariah so well, and she knew just how to teach, and encourage her. She was so inspiring! She is a wonderful role model! Natalia, you are lucky to have such a wonderful teacher! Natalia Huang Piano Studio was phenomenal!"

Recently, Ms. Natalia organized an orchestra recital, in which young students played their pieces with an ensemble of musicians with string instruments. Ms. Natalia really spent a lot of efforts putting this recital together, and it turned out to be very impressive. This was really an amazing and eye-opening experience for my daughter, and I don’t think my daughter would have this kind of opportunity anywhere else."

Earlier this school year there was a special performance, where all the children could play with an accompanying orchestra which was an amazing experience. "My son, Tyrique, took lessons with Natalia in 2010/2011 when he was 7 years old. Tyrique was a very shy boy with slight ADHD. Natalia was very patient with him and made the lessons fun and enjoyable. He picked up the notes and theory pretty quickly and was always proud of his efforts when he was showered with positive praises and comment from Natalia. He had his first piano recital and that really helped boost up his confidence. Unfortunately, we had to relocate overseas and Tyrique had to stop his lesson with her. He's 10 now and we're back in NYC and thinking of enrolling him back in piano classes. After looking online for months for a piano teacher/tutor who is located closer to our neighborhood, we concluded that there's none out there who can match the professionalism and teaching instructions and conduct of Natalia and her group of piano teachers working with her. "My 6-year-old son (now 7) started taking piano lessons with Natalia's studio in 2012 and absolutely loves it! Natalia and her teachers have developed a multi-dimensional approach to learning piano. Children learn the theory, the techniques while also having fun with their lessons. They have opportunities to play in real recording studios (and get CDs made of their music!), have duets with other children, and get to play their pieces in front an audience to boost their confidence. My son has learned very quickly and is held to high standards; he is pushed to learn, yet in a way that is encouraging and he is motivated to learn. I highly recommend Natalia's and her teachers! My daughter loves to meet with Natalia once a week (she could stay for ever!). After just few months, my daughter performed in a recital and participated in few workshops. Last week, we visited the Faust Harrison Piano Factory in White Plains to discover what's inside a piano. What a journey! So, I must say not only Natalia loves Music, but that's what she is! Try it...you will love it. ***Natalia is a fantastic piano teacher. She has taught both my sons for over 6 years (now 15 & 12). Though my oldest stopped lessons earlier this year, he still talks about going back to her if he has more time in his schedule. My youngest still plays, and just loves her! She is patient, kind, and caring, yet she is able to instill discipline and has a knack for motivating them (especially when they were younger). Natalia loves to teach, and it shows. We've been commuting down to her studio in Manhattan from northern Westchester every weekend for years because we were just not willing to give her up after we moved out of the city. She is definitely worth it. Now, she she teaches in Connecticut, as well as Manhattan, and we are thrilled. She organizes workshops and recitals for her students throughout the year, both for kids and adults. Last year she organized a duet recital, where she paired up her students; it was SO enjoyable to watch. My kids had a lot of fun preparing for it (though they wouldn't admit it!) and they learned a lot from it (not just as pianist, but as brothers working together.) This is the kind of thing that Natalia thinks about and organizes for her students. Her dedication to her students and love of teaching really show through. Importantly, she was able to motivate my kids to practice and play. That's hard to find in a music teacher. We love her!"
